Reporting directly to the Customer Service Support Manager and having close working relationships with the Commercial Director, Sales Managers, Production Planning, Procurement, Quality Manager, Warehouse & Distribution and Accounts Department.
Key responsibilities/duties will include:
To complete a training programme in the RPC bpi recycled products customer service department in Heanor.
Minimum of GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Opportunity to progress within the role and undertake a professional qualification with the Institute of Customer Service.
Must be able to travel to the employer's premises on a daily basis.
