As a recruitment administrator apprentice you will be working with our recruitment consultancy team, supporting all aspects of administration to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment.

Things To Consider

Please Note: As part of this apprenticeship you will NOT be required to attend College or a Training Centre. All of your learning and support will be delivered via a work based tutor who will visit Calibre Search every 6-8 weeks.

Business administrator

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Standard, with support from your employer and Learning Unlimited.

As part of your apprenticeship and dependent on your prior attainment you may be required to complete maths, and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded an additional certificate of recognition for these qualifications.
