Utilising our extensive range of partners, we can source suitable candidates and train them in preparation for employment within your business. Training usually includes English, maths and computer skills, customer service and bespoke elements related to the role they will be working in.
After three weeks of training, you will interview those who have successfully completed the course and decide which of the candidates are most suitable for employment.
