The workforce development proposal

The first stage of establishing a relationship with any employer requires us to get to know each other a little better. This enables us to develop our expertise on your business and assign the appropriate industry expert to take care of your needs. It also allows you to determine whether Learning Unlimited is the right fit for you.

We will provide you with a detailed workforce development proposal based on our initial conversations, an assessment of your current needs and skills gaps and your long term business objectives. The workforce development proposal could combine a number of different types of training and qualifications, from apprenticeships and short courses to university-level qualifications and industry-specific professional training. No two proposals are ever the same, because no two businesses are ever the same. Your proposal will be prepared and written specifically for your company.
