The Skills Bank is a £17 million fund that enables employers based in the Sheffield City Region to invest in their staff, enhance their skills and drive their business forward.
The Chesterfield College Group is an approved provider of Skills Bank training, offering over 100 different courses across a wide range of industries. We can work with you to help put together a bespoke package of training that is eligible for funding of up to 50%, potentially saving thousands of pounds on crucial skills development.
How does it work?
The Skills Bank has been designed with employers in mind. The whole process is quick and easy:

- Search our list of courses and match them to your training needs
- Check your eligibility online
- Think about how and where you want your training delivered
- Work with us to build a Skills Deal and agree on costs
- Sign a Skills Deal with us
- Start your training
- Provide feedback once training is completed
Am I eligible?

Your eligibility will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the primary base for your employees, company size, turnover and the age of employees who require training.
