The team are here to support employers and apprentices with every aspect of the apprenticeship journey, from enquiry through to enrolment, streamlining all available services and making it easier take advantage of everything that apprenticeships can offer!
Sam Singh-Eyley has recently joined the Learning Unlimited team as the Recruitment Team Leader for apprenticeships and has worked in the industry for over 7 years, first starting out as an apprentice at Chesterfield College.
After completing his Intermediate Level 2 and Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship, he was quickly promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant within Learning Unlimited. Since then, Sam has worked with national training providers across the UK, more recently with a focus on the employability sector, supporting students in the local community to secure a place on a study programme and traineeships.
Sam brings a wealth of knowledge with him and will lead a team of two other recruitment consultants who will work across all regions. He told us that his journey from apprentice to recruitment consultant gives him that inside knowledge which will be vital to help people make the right choice for them.
He said:
“Being an apprentice has played a substantial part in my career progression so far and helped me to develop invaluable skills and knowledge along the way which I can share with potential apprentices and students. I am now in a position where I can share my positive experiences to help people make an informed choice relating to their next career move or educational programme. I feel very fortunate to be able to use my knowledge to help them do that.”
