A warm welcome to Stephanie Fleming, who is the newest addition to the Learning Unlimited team.
Stephanie joins as Customer Service Advisor and is looking forward to becoming part of the team, where she will be at the end of the telephone line to answer questions from anyone wanting advice about training and development solutions. The team are on hand to provide information to businesses and individuals about the many training courses and services that Learning Unlimited offer across the country and can offer guidance on the tailored development packages that can be provided to suit the individual needs of organisations.
After 11 years of experience within the retail industry, including nine in management, Stephanie brings with her a wealth of customer service skills and is also well placed to provide advice and information about the courses.
“Customer service is something I am very passionate about,” she said. “I hope to be seen as an advocate in customer service and I’m looking forward to getting to know the team a better.”
