A new package for those wanting to deliver training in the workplace or classroom is being launched by Learning Unlimited to help businesses boost the skills of their workforce in a completely different way.
With the aim of motivating and inspiring staff, it is designed specifically for those already skilled in accounting, construction, engineering and human resources. Participants learn how to teach others about the knowledge and skills they’ve gained themselves during their career.
They’ll develop new skills, gain a recognised teaching qualification and are sure to rediscover their passion for their job in the process.
